Note: Student network and email accounts are only for active students who are regularly attending the college.  If a student does not attend classes for one calendar year, the student’s account will be deleted from the campus email system and the student will need to receive a new email if returning to COTC as a student after that time.  This is done for security reasons.

Login with COTC Network Credentials

User access is authenticated using the same username and password used to login to the COTC computer network and myCOTC portal. Office 365 COTCMail is accessible through the myCOTC portal main page.​

  • Each Office 365 account has online access to up to 1 TB of file storage in OneDrive.
  • (It is important to keep a backup of your OneDrive files in an offline location. Be sure to transfer all your files from your OneDrive for Business account to another location prior to graduation or leaving COTC. You can synchronize your files to your computer using OneDrive for Business.  They will not be available to you once you lose your Office 365 eligibility.   So, it’s vital for you to backup all your data files in OneDrive before leaving the college!)
