The invention of cloud sourcing has made my life so much easier. I use two different software every day, Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Microsoft’s OneDrive. With each program you can save to the cloud and able to pick up where you left off on another device, no matter the distance. These programs pertain excellent security and encryption possibility.

Adobe Creative Cloud is more advanced than the Microsoft application due to the ability size of each file. It makes it much easier to send profs to a client for approval or adjustments. The Cloud application holds the whole suite of Adobe applications at different price points for how and who will be using it. For students paying out of pocket its about twenty dollars a month. One good thing is, there is no data limit on how much you can use and store on the cloud, its just one set price.

Microsoft’s OneDrive is remarkably similar to the Creative Cloud. Their pricing plan is definitely more complex compared to Adobe’s. They offer free storage up to five gigabytes and no software included. To buy cloud space while keeping their suit of applications it is about seventy dollars a month, quite a bit of difference. Their programs offer easy sharing and file view/editing with the cloud.

Both programs are more capable of keeping up the users since introducing their versions of the cloud. It has made life easier for those who use the programs and who are mobile, like I am. Now with use on a mobile device, Adobe is not as capable when compared to Microsoft. Adobe does offer some mobile applications but not as many as Microsoft due to the complexity of the programs themselves.
