Hello! I am Megan Rosengarten. I am currently a senior at Newark High School and a College Credit Plus student at Central Ohio Technical College. I participate in the Symphonic Band and on the Cross Country team at Newark High School. I also play flute with the Denison University Suzuki Program and The Millennium House Band. Additionally, I enjoy playing violin, painting, and making ceramics.

The internet has been involved in many of my interests. As the Social Media Co-Manager for The Millennium House Band, I use social media to promote events and performances. I also use social media to share my art within online communities. I am planning on going into the advertising and marketing field with a focus on visual and digital communications.

I am interested in learning about how the internet has impacted the lives of people. The internet has allowed people to create and share content regarding a variety of content. It has also become an influential platform for communications. This blog will include my writings on the history of the internet, mass communications, different aspects of social and digital media, and information on web-security.
