Because this is written by ordinary users on the internet, it isn’t known what authority these people have to present this information. Although, this article is verified by the wikihow team which contains 850+ experts from different fields of studies. 
  3. Anyone can post to Wikihow so any information can be posted but is reviewed by the wikihow team. The Wikihow team can remove any articles from their website if they feel it’s needed. 
  4. I think the information is well written and easy to follow. The article provides pictures and videos and gives step-by-step instructions that are easy to understand.
  5. This is definitely a resource I would use in the future. I’ve used this tutorial before and was able to get the results I hoped for and will probably use it again.

  4. This short tutorial gives just the right amount of detail and clear directions. It’s straight to the point so the user shouldn’t get confused when following along.
  5. I might use this source in the future. This is a tutorial I looked up when I was first learning Illustrator and is one I’d use again if I ever forget how to add a drop shadow. 

 

Source 3: How to tie dye a shirt.

  1. There is no date given for when this tutorial was posted. There are a few comments that were from 2 years ago so this article is probably a few years old meaning it’s not very recent.
  2. The author is just an ordinary user that goes by the username “stinkymum,” on instructables.com. Like wikihow, this website allows anyone with an account on their website to post content without having any previous knowledge or education.
  3. Content posted on this website will be available to everyone. 
  4. I think this tutorial is well written and provides lots of details. The one thing I don’t like is that it’s written in paragraphs. I’d prefer numbered steps or bullet points. This makes it easier for me to follow along and not get confused. 
  5. This is a tutorial I would use in the future. Tie dye is super popular right now and I think it would be a lot of fun to try making something for myself.
