The article specifically was written by Grant Friedman and posted on the website design.tutsplus.com. I can’t say for sure if they are an authority, however they do have a lot of good and free resources. Grant Friedman does, however, have good and trustworthy credentials to be giving out information. Most likely for this article, there is an editor. It was pretty well written and well organised. It was easy to find what I needed. She isn’t necessarilty an authority in the community, nor is she well-known, but her explanations and writting is good. There is an editor for this source aswell. It is well written, easy to follow, and enjoyable to read. I deffinetly see myself going back to look at the source in the future if I ever find myself struggling to understand a design concept.
