Do you have a question about campus that you would like answered, but you aren’t sure who to ask? Use the following form to submit your question and we will find the appropriate department to get the answer! The question will be presented and answered at an upcoming Staff Forum meeting during the department updates section. Please ensure that questions are relevant to the type of information regularly provided during Staff Forum, whether that is during a department presentation or department updates. The form is able to be filled out anonymously, but if we need follow up information to be able to answer your question, then we will not be able to answer it if your form was anonymously filled out. Also, we will try our best to get these questions answered and reported by next Staff Forum; if your question came in too late, though, it may not be answered until a future Staff Forum. If we have your name and email, we will send you the answer sooner, but if not we will not be able to get the information to you until that future Staff Forum.
