My New Blog

The top three social media sites in 2021-2022 were Facebook 2.9 bil monthly users, YouTube 2.2 bil monthly users, and WhatsApp 2 bil monthly users. Facebook is used by following people you know or groups that you have an interest in and you just scroll through and look at what people post. YouTube is a video site that recommends new people to you to watch their videos or similar things that you have watched before. People may use YouTube for tutorials and other reasons like to waste some free time that you may have. Demographic that stand out for Facebook are the age group of 25-34 and boomers. YouTubes demographic is all across age groups even the older 65 year old people. WhatsApp   It is important to know your audience so you can keep them engaged and want them to continue to use your site. The daily average of use on social media is about 2 hour and 6 minutes. The fastest growing social media network is tik tok they had 300 million growth but out of the three that I have listed Facebook grew the most with 178 million in gain. I think this is so because Facebook has a little bit of everything it is very diverse. The majority of users were accessing these sites by their phones.

The info is pretty current it needs to be because it is on the adobe site. Adobe is posting this information they are the authority on the matter mainly because it is on their site. When you scroll to the footer of the page there is the copyright. I think there might be an editor for their site mainly because they are a bigger company. I feel like it’s okay to follow along they mainly have cards that you can press on to open up something new about what in web design. I would probably end up using this in the future because it is apart of adobe and I am sure if it is coming from them and i am mainly using their application it would make more sense.

The information is current to me because I have used this video before for past designs and really liked the way they ended up turning out. The person that is posting this assignment is someone that has more knowledge on this topic than other people ranging on any skill level. It is their video but not their creation of steps to make it. They had to learn it from somewhere. I feel like it is a really clear example because you can see the step because you can see their screen as well as hearing them tell you what to do. I have used it in the past and will probably use it again if I need it.

I feel like this source is very relevant because it’s going over things that I have already learned or talked about in past classes. It is really current. Renee fleck they are the authors of this site I can tell because it has her name that is pink at the top of the page in pink and shows the date that it was posted has a learn design button on it. There is no noticeable gate keeping on this site that I can find. The quality of this website is really good it is very clear and straightforward and also has number for you to keep track of. Hello I am Carter I am  high school student but also a student at COTC that works two jobs but in my free time I like to take pictures of the sky weather sunset sunrise or even if the sky just looks cool enough to take a picture of. I also fish it’s great hobby to get your mind off of things and as well get outside. I am almost always listening to music no matter how I am feeling or what time, always a good time to listen to music.
