Introductions

Hello,  My name is Maria. I’m learning a lot. The start of the semester was a bit challenging. I have sever insomnia and sleep anxiety. I tried switching from prescription to OTC sleep meds but it didn’t work at all. Last week I averaged about 4 to 5 hours of sleep per night. It was not a great week. But I’m starting back on the prescription and hope to be able to concentrate much better this week if I can get back up to an average of 6.5 – 7 hours of sleep. Sorry that is probably TMI but I wasn’t sure what to post.
