Effectively Framing and Wrapping Up Course Modules |
How instructors present information to students influences the way they engage with the material. Providing framing language explaining the weekly modules, activities, and assignments helps students focus on the points that you feel are most important and puts the material into context with the course overall. Chunking videos promotes engagement with the information in easily manageable segments. There are also effective ways to provide students with wrap-up or reflection messages for your modules.
