Content management system is a simpler way for anyone to be able to set up their own webpage, content management systems also make the process quicker and easier, not only to set up but also to edit. These systems are more user friendly, and you don’t have to have extensive knowledge in coding language. On the other side with have websites built from scratch by the user, using HTML and CSS, if you are creating a website with very few pages that won’t need constantly updated this could be a good option. Setting up a HTML website can get pretty costly compared to using content management system, especially if you have to hire a web designer but one drawback of using content management to set up your website would be that using a template could take away the uniqueness of your site, as they are usually premade templates. I would say the current best way to create a website in my opinion would be using content management system, for overall cost, time and ease.

So overall if you break it down, worldwide internet usage is higher on mobile devices.
